Hire Rates:
| West Lulworth residents | main room £8.00/hr | meetings room £4.00/hr | full hall £11.00/hr |
| Non residents | main room £12.00/hr | meetings room £6.00/hr | full hall £16.00/hr |
To guarantee exclusive use of the kitchen, or for more than 30 people (at the same time), the full hall must be booked.
For weddings & private parties, and also for setup time, special rates may apply. If in doubt, contact the Bookings Officer or another member of the committee (see ‘Contact us’ page for phone and email). Bookings are now made through the Hallmaster System to which you will be transfered when you follow the link to make a booking. The system will generate an invoice for new bookings.
Payment should be made on receipt of your invoice strictly in accordance with the instructions on the invoice.
If you are unable to pay by bank transfer please contact the booking secretary directly by email at the time of booking.
Receipts will be issued by email.
Please note the following:
At the end of the hiring, the premises and surroundings should be left in a clean and tidy state and ready for the next hirer. All rubbish must be taken away. Please refer to the Brief User Guide for further details.
Keys must be returned promptly to the Bookings Officer.
In emergency at the Hall, use contact numbers on the front door.
Full conditions of hire and fire safety instructions can be read on the notice board in the foyer and on the website. By accepting the keys to the Hall, the hirer undertakes to accept these conditions and instructions.
